Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Secondary School Teachers A Case of District Quetta, Balochistan

چکیده

This study aimed to evaluate the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB) of secondary school teachers currently serving in district Quetta. Using a quantitative research method, data was gathered from randomly selected 250 via an adopted questionnaire having 5-points Likert scale. The (based on various dimensions OCB including conscientiousness, sportsmanship, civic virtue, courtesy, and altruism) were analyzed using descriptive techniques inferential statistical techniques. findings reveal that schools Quetta display no significant difference based their genders sector schools, is, private public. However, there age years experience. recommend policymakers administrations engage socially betterment without considering different characteristics.
